휴스턴 한인학교 학부모님들께

지난주에 학부모님들, 아이들과 함께 즐겁게 개강일을 시작했습니다. 이번 학기에도 전 교사들은 사랑으로 아이들을 지도하며, 아이들이 즐거운 학교 생활을 할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠습니다.

각 반에서는 교육 계획서, 가을 학사 일정표, 교실 배치도를 모두 배부하고 있습니다.
PTA에서 주관하는 추석 행사가 있습니다. 학부모님들의 많은 참여와 협조 부탁 드리며, 아이들과 함께 행사에 참여하셔서 즐거운 시간 보내시기 바랍니다.
이번 학기에는 공개 수업이 없는 대신, 각 반의 담임 선생님들과 논의 하신 후, 수업 참관을 하실 수 있습니다. 수업 참관을 원하시는 분들은 참관 신청서와 평가서를 담임 선생님께 받으실 수 있습니다.
점심 준비에 학부모님들의 봉사가 많이 필요합니다. 적어도 한 아이에 한번씩은 참여해 주시기 부탁드립니다.

이번 학기도 우리 아이들과 많은 것을 배우고, 웃고, 사랑하며 한 학기를 보내겠습니다.

Dear parents & grandparents,

I am happy to welcome your children into our growing Korean program. I was overjoyed to see so many returning faces as well as many new faces. We are going to have an exciting year, and I cannot wait to work with you all to help your children grow in Korean language skills and confidence.

Each class will provide the lesson plan, the fall semester schedule, and the classroom map.
We are going to celebrate the Chuseok, supported by the PTA. I encourage you to participate and have a great time with your children.
We do not have an open house this fall semester. However, if you wish to visit your child’s class, please discuss with your homeroom teacher and set a date. The teacher will provide a request form and a review paper.
We need kitchen volunteer parents for lunch. It will be fun to see your child at lunch time.
